Notes:
1. During the first year of this project, the original partner MRC-NIMR was replaced by UNIMAR as a result of a change in employer by the lead scientist.
2. As of January 1st 2008, original partners CIDC-Lelystad and ID-Lelystad (Divison of infectious diseases) merged to become the Central Veterinary Institute of Wageningen UR (CVI).
3. As of May 1st 2008, the ROSLIN Institute has become an official part of the University of Edinburgh.
